Your seven days start here.
A card goes on file, and then nothing happens to it for seven days. That week is The Reset — all six Foundations, one a day. On day 8 it becomes the 30-Day Return, which is Month 1 of the Pathway, and that is the first day you are charged. If the week is not for you, one tap before then and it ends with nothing taken.
